As an expert in the industry, Mr. Bradshaw has provided direction and opinion on legislative issues and has served as an expert witness in legal cases. He was instrumental in updating the self-storage lien law, and helping pass legislation to improve how customer insurance is sold to storage customers. He has been a featured presenter at the National SSA, regional and local conferences.
Owner
Mrs. Bradshaw has made significant contributions to the community both, as the Chair of the Draper City Community Engagement Committee, and through her dedication to humanitarian efforts. From her early career as a financial advisor, she has seamlessly transitioned into roles that allow her to advocate for kindness and support vulnerable communities. She has worked in the Storage industry since 1999. The Bradshaw family enjoy the outdoors together hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing and boating.
Operations Manager
Lynette began her career as a paralegal, she transitioned to Towne Storage in August 2003, starting as an assistant manager, and quickly embracing the company's environment and culture. Over the years, she has held every available position within Towne Storage, providing her with a comprehensive perspective and exceptional ability to support her team. Currently, Lynette oversees daily administrative and operational functions across Towne Storage. She directly manages twelve properties, collaborating with site managers to offer leadership, guidance, and motivation, thereby supporting their operational, sales, revenue, and personal development goals. Lynette finds her work fulfilling due to the dynamic nature of Towne Storage, where each day presents new challenges and opportunities for learning and growth for herself and her team of site managers.

Jennifer has worked for Towne Storage Management Company for 10 years managing their accounting department. She came to Towne Storage with 26 years of accounting experience and 23 years of payroll experience. Outside of Towne Storage, Jennifer likes to walk her dog (the love of her life), read and travel.

Recently, we completed a renovation project in the heart of Salt Lake City. This was a very unique opportunity. This early 1900's building was a 40,000 sq ft in size and four stories tall. We added an additional four stories, nearly doubling the size of this property. This self-storage gem has improved the area's value.
Towne Storage was the first company in Utah to build a self-storage facility with 100% climate controlled units in a multi-story building. This is a concept that had never been realized in Utah, until Towne Storage introduced it. To be successful, this type of building requires the right demographics, location and design.
While traditional drive-up storage remains a popular and viable option, effective management is key to its success. Our extensive experience in this area gives us a distinct advantage over the competition, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
